Our residences are equipped with the latest technology to ensure it leaves as light a footprint as possible. Each property has been built to ‘A’-grade energy specifications, with a column and beam structure specially designed to prevent thermal loss. Air conditioning and lighting are intelligently controlled to save energy, whilst ensuring total comfort throughout your stay. A strong message of sustainability can be found throughout the property, both in the naturalistic garden planted with indigenous shrubs and flowers, and in the locally sourced materials used throughout the properties.
